Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a hands-on Gardener to join our on-site team at a Holborough Lakes development. The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on site in Snodland (ME6).
You will maintain landscaped areas and support the estate team to deliver a safe, attractive environment for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate has experience in grounds maintenance, a proactive approach, and a strong grasp of health and safety.
