Residential Management Group (RMG), a market leading Property Management Company, is looking for a Property Manager experienced within the property management sector and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. This is a great career opportunity to join a large, organically growing, market leading managing agent.

You'll be working alongside an experienced and supportive team of property management professionals, led by a highly experienced senior management team. We also have superb systems, robust processes, and specialist back-office support teams, so when you join us as a Property Manager, you're equipped with the best support to deliver a property management service that is second to none.

This will be a blend of home working, office visits, and on-site attendance across your portfolio. Managing an established residential portfolio of blocks and estates, you will utilise your sound knowledge of the Property Factors code of conduct, the governance around property management, and your experience of managing complex developments whilst providing outstanding customer service.

  • You will be managing a residential property portfolio consisting of residential blocks and new estates, being the main point of contact for property owners for any issues relating to their development (e.g., repairs, cleaning, gardening, invoice queries).
  • Completing and documenting regular development inspections.
  • Resolution of complaints within the SLA timescales.
  • Approving contractors' invoices.
  • Factor / Property Manager experience.
  • A full UK driving licence and car.
  • 27 days holiday plus all bank holidays.
