Where will I be working? This is a full-time office-based role working at our offices in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR), ideally working 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Support the Debt Recovery Team Leader in delivering efficient services to Back Office and Property Managers. Manage relationships with Property Managers and schedule quarterly review meetings. Analyse and resolve operational issues to minimise business impact. Produce reports to identify trends, potential problems, and opportunities for performance improvement. Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and systems to support operational delivery. Resolve customer queries escalated from Property Managers and external debt collection solicitors. Provide support to other teams and managers as required. What We're Looking For: Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working to SLAs and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
