Job Title: Property Manager Contract: Full time & Permanent Location: Hybrid / Manchester City Centre and Surrounding Areas Salary: Competitive package (incl cash car allowance) Residential Management Group (RMG) is a market leading Property Managing Company and is looking for a qualified and experienced Property Manager within block/estate management, as we manage small and large blocks and estates for RMC (Resident Management Companies), L&T (Landlord & Tenant) and Developers. This is a great career opportunity to join a large, organically growing, market leading managing agent. You’ll be working alongside an experienced and supportive team of property management professionals, led by a highly experienced senior management team. We also have superb systems, robust processes, and specialist back-office support teams, so when you join us as a Property Manager , you’re equipped with the best support to deliver a property management service that is second to none. Where will you be located? Working on a hybrid basis, you’ll work from home and be conveniently located to visit your developments in Manchester City Centre and the surrounding areas. You’ll also attend regional team working days in person once a month (most likely at our Northwich Office), along with a weekly team catch up on-line (via Microsoft Teams)…
