Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding resident experiences?

We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join a modern, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Leeds.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

As the face of the property, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospective tenants, helping to create a welcoming, supportive, and vibrant community.

Location: Leeds Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Bonus Contract: Permanent | Full-time | On-site Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off | 8:00am - 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming front-of-house service to residents and visitors.
  • Handle resident enquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome wherever possible.
  • Build strong relationships with residents to foster an engaged and welcoming community.
  • Manage day‑to‑day administration, including maintenance requests, tenancy records, and email correspondence.
  • Support the planning and delivery of resident events and engagement activities.
  • Assist with the resident journey, including move‑ins, move‑outs, and tenancy administration.
  • Monitor rent payments and support arrears management where required.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase the development to prospective residents.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries and follow up on leasing leads.
  • Support occupancy and revenue targets through excellent customer service and sales awareness.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the property operates efficiently and maintains high standards.

About You

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

  • Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience within Purpose‑Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build‑to‑Rent (BTR), co‑living, hospitality, hotels, or a customer‑facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the operation when needed.
