Night Host - Residential

We are looking for a warm, personable, and proactive Night Host e to join a prestigious luxury residential development in London.

The role is much more than overseeing a building at night. From delivering a polished front-of-house experience and responding to resident enquiries to supporting community initiatives and helping organise resident events, you will contribute to creating a welcoming, engaging, and well-connected place to live.

Front of House & Resident Experience

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personable front-of-house service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Act as a key point of contact throughout the night, ensuring residents receive prompt, friendly, and helpful assistance.
• Build positive relationships with residents and take the time to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Manage resident enquiries, requests, feedback, and concerns with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Assist with late-night arrivals, access queries, guest visits, and other resident requests.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure residents feel recognised, valued, and supported.
• Maintain a professional, approachable, and visible presence across reception and communal areas.

Community Engagement & Resident Events

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of resident events, social gatherings, and community activities.
• Help create opportunities for residents to connect, socialise, and feel part of a thriving residential community.
• Contribute ideas for engaging events and initiatives that enhance the overall resident experience.
• Promote upcoming events and communicate relevant information to residents.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a consistent, high-quality lifestyle and hospitality offering.

Administration & Teamwork

• Maintain accurate incident reports, patrol logs, resident enquiry records, and shift handover notes.
• Ensure all resident requests and outstanding issues are communicated clearly to the incoming day team.
• Liaise with colleagues, contractors, and building management to help resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up on outstanding matters to ensure residents receive a consistent and reliable service.
• Support the wider Resident Services team in maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury residential environment.

About You

No previous industry experience is needed — just a friendly personality, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to work night shifts.
