As Community Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership across all onsite operations. You will be accountable for delivering exceptional customer experience while ensuring the asset operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire onsite operational teams, setting the standard for excellence
  • Own and manage the residential operating budget, driving efficiency and performance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service across every resident and visitor touchpoint
  • Oversee facilities management, statutory compliance, and health & safety standards
  • Build strong relationships with commercial tenants, partners, and local stakeholders
  • Drive community engagement, events, and placemaking initiatives
  • Maintain the asset to the highest quality, presentation, and safety standards
  • Work closely with the Regional Head of Operations to deliver continuous improvement

Your Requirements:

  • Senior management experience within BTR, PBSA or Co-living
  • Passionate about customer experience and creating exceptional places to live
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and inspire high performance
  • Strong understanding of building operations, compliance, and health & safety
