We're working with a Residential owner operator that is rapidly expanding across the UK and has ambitious growth plans within the Single Family Housing sector. The Role
This is a busy, office-based Property Management Coordinator position supporting a large Single Family Housing portfolio. Acting as the central point of contact for maintenance and property-related matters, you'll coordinate repairs, manage contractor relationships, oversee void properties and support the end-to-end tenancy process.
Working closely with internal teams, contractors and residents, you'll be responsible for ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently, costs are controlled and properties remain compliant and ready for occupation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of maintenance requests and repair tickets
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring works through to completion
- Reviewing and challenging contractor quotations to ensure value for money
- Supporting end-of-tenancy processes and void property management
- Prioritising urgent repairs and ensuring service levels are maintained
- Keeping property records, compliance documentation and maintenance logs up to date
- Liaising with residents, contractors and stakeholders to provide updates
- Identifying issues, taking ownership and making decisions proactively
- Supporting the wider property management team with administrative duties
About You
- Previous experience within Property Management, Housing, Repairs, Maintenance Coordination or Facilities Management
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload
- Experience coordinating repairs and maintenance works
- Confident reviewing and questioning contractor quotations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative when dealing with issues
- Experience within residential property, housing, BTR, block management or single family housing would be advantageous
