We're partnering with a growing and ambitious business seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and a team of five senior leaders. This is a varied and influential role at the heart of the business, perfect for someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, take ownership of tasks, and anticipate what needs doing before being asked.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for providing high-level executive support while helping coordinate activity across the wider leadership team. You'll become a trusted right-hand person, ensuring priorities stay on track and the business operates efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating priorities
- Supporting the CEO with inbox management, communications and follow-up actions
- Preparing presentations, reports, meeting packs and business documentation
- Coordinating leadership meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Managing travel arrangements and logistics where required
- Acting as a central point of contact across the senior leadership team
- Supporting business projects and initiatives
- Organising team events, meetings and wider administrative activities
- Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working
About You
We're open to candidates from a variety of industries and backgrounds. Property experience is not essential.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience supporting senior stakeholders or executives
- Is highly organised and able to manage a busy and ever-changing workload
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems independently
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Is confident producing high-quality documents, reports and presentations
- Can work with discretion and handle confidential information professionally
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
