We're recruiting on behalf of an internationally recognised living sector operator and developer that has built an outstanding reputation within the PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) market and is now bringing that same premium resident experience to the Build to Rent (BTR) and Co-Living sector.

As a Resident Services Assistant, you'll be the face of the community, delivering an exceptional resident experience from the moment someone walks through the door. This is a varied role combining front-of-house reception, resident engagement, community events and operational support within a premium living environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a warm, professional and knowledgeable welcome to residents, visitors and prospective customers.
- Conducting resident check-ins, move-ins, inductions and property tours.
- Supporting the resident journey from enquiry through to move-out.
- Managing reception, resident enquiries, phone calls, emails and bookings.
- Handling post, parcels and resident deliveries.
- Assisting with inventory and check-out processes.
- Building positive relationships with residents and creating a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of resident events and social activities.
- Managing resident feedback and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Carrying out regular building inspections and reporting maintenance or health & safety issues.
- Working closely with the maintenance and management teams to ensure the building operates smoothly.
- Supporting occupancy, resident retention and delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll ideally have experience in:
- Build to Rent (BTR)
- Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)
- Co-Living
- Hotels or Hospitality
- Premium Residential or Property Management
- Reception or Front of House
You'll also have:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, friendly and approachable personality.
- A professional and well-presented appearance.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A flexible, team-focused attitude and willingness to support across different areas of the business.
