About the Role
As a Leasing professional, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer journey, from the first enquiry through to move-in. You'll be responsible for showcasing high-quality homes, building relationships with prospective residents and helping drive occupancy within vibrant residential communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing sector where no two days are the same. You'll be part of a collaborative onsite team, working within beautifully designed developments that put resident experience at the heart of everything they do.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing enquiries and converting leads into successful lettings.
- Conducting engaging property viewings and showcasing the lifestyle and amenities on offer.
- Guiding applicants through the leasing journey, from enquiry to move-in.
- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing residents.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Supporting leasing and occupancy targets.
- Working closely with the wider onsite team to ensure a seamless resident experience.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
We're Looking For

- Build to Rent (BTR)
- Residential Lettings
- Estate Agency
- PBSA
- Hospitality or other customer-facing sales environments
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confidence in sales and converting enquiries into lettings.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering a premium customer experience.
- Experience using CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
