About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing Co-Living and Build-to-Rent (BTR) operator, creating exceptional rental communities across London. With multiple operational assets and an exciting new 118-unit development launching in October, they are seeking a Lettings Agent to join their expanding leasing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales or property professional looking to develop their career within one of London's most exciting living sectors.
The Role
Based from the company's Soho head office, you will be responsible for driving occupancy across a portfolio of Co-Living and BTR developments throughout London.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual viewings and occasional in-person viewings
- Manage enquiries and guide prospective residents through the leasing journey
- Convert leads into signed tenancies
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing residents
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within CRM systems
- Work towards occupancy, revenue and lease extension targets
- Support the successful lease-up of new developments
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to move-in
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience within lettings, property, estate agency, sales, hospitality or another customer-facing environment
- A confident, proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Experience working towards KPIs and targets
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A desire to learn, develop and progress within a growing business
- Availability to start immediately or at short notice
