Exciting opportunity for a National Lettings Manager to join a fast-growing student living business that's changing expectations of what renting a student home should be.
As the National Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall lettings strategy and implementation, ensuring to consistently deliver full, on-time occupancy across the student housing portfolio, while delivering a smooth and high-quality experience for residents. This is more than a traditional lettings role. It's an opportunity to build a best-in-class lettings function, influence business strategy, and have a direct impact on growth.

The Role
You'll take ownership of lettings performance across a growing portfolio, leading the strategy behind occupancy, leasing and customer acquisition.
Working closely with senior leadership, operations and marketing teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring homes are filled efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for prospective residents from first enquiry through to move-in.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the lettings function
- Creating and implementing a clear, consistent leasing strategy across multiple cities
- Taking ownership of the full customer journey, from enquiry to tenancy start
- Driving occupancy performance and delivering annual sell-out targets
- Using data, market trends and competitor insights to inform decision-making
- Working alongside marketing teams to maximise lead generation and conversion
- Building reporting, forecasting and performance tracking processes
- Supporting the onboarding and mobilisation of new properties and acquisitions
- Improving systems, technology and automation to create a more efficient lettings operation
- Acting as the key point of accountability for lettings performance across the portfolio.
About You
You’ll be a commercially minded lettings leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.
- Experience leading multi-site lettings, leasing or sales performance within student accommodation, Build to Rent, residential or related sectors
- A proven track record of delivering strong occupancy results across multiple locations
- Experience developing leasing strategies that drive enquiries, improve conversion and maximise revenue
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data and market insight
- Experience working closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with leasing performance
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to build, improve and innovate
