Leasing Manager (Build To Rent) in Leeds

The Opportunity

As Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering leasing and occupancy targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping leasing strategy, analysing market performance, optimising pricing, and ensuring every prospective resident receives an outstanding customer journey. Working closely with operational and asset management teams, you will use market insight and data-driven decision-making to maximise rental income, minimise voids, and enhance asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead leasing performance and occupancy across a premium residential asset.
• Develop and implement effective lease-up and ongoing leasing strategies.
• Manage and coach a team of leasing consultants to achieve ambitious targets.
• Monitor local market activity, competitor performance and rental trends.
• Analyse pricing and customer data to inform revenue-driving strategies.
• Recommend and execute marketing campaigns to support leasing objectives.
• Ensure all advertising channels and property listings are fully optimised and compliant.
• Oversee apartment presentation, staging and viewing standards.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements to maximise value and support long-term asset performance.
• Manage the end-to-end tenancy process, including referencing, agreements and move-ins.
• Produce accurate leasing reports and present performance updates to stakeholders.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded leasing professional with a passion for customer experience and a proven ability to deliver results within a residential lettings environment.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years' residential lettings experience with a proven sales track record.
• Previous experience within Build to Rent, PRS, new build residential, luxury residential or high-volume lettings environments.
• Experience developing and executing successful rental and leasing strategies.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, rental pricing and revenue optimisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy agreements, compliance requirements and lettings legislation.
