We're recruiting for a front-of-house professional to join a brand-new Build to Rent development. This is a fantastic opportunity to enter a rapidly expanding sector that prioritises outstanding service, community connection, and an elevated resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the front-of-house ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience and serving as the first point of contact for residents and visitors from move-in to move-out.
- Coordinate building operations including move-ins, move-outs, apartment inspections, maintenance access, and ensuring homes remain lease-ready.
- Support resident engagement, while building strong resident relationships to encourage satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.
- Manage resident enquiries, issues, and requests efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and third-party contractors, and escalating complex matters when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Professional, approachable, and confident, with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Well-organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- A team player who takes ownership and shows initiative.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A basic understanding of building operations and Health & Safety requirements.
- Previous experience in hospitality, residential, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
