We're partnering with a leading UK residential operator to appoint a Senior Property Manager to oversee a growing Single Family Housing (SFH) portfolio while managing and developing a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused role and enjoys balancing portfolio performance, customer experience, and team leadership.
The Role
As Senior Property Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a nationwide residential portfolio, ensuring properties are operated efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard.
You'll act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, support and develop your team, and drive an exceptional resident experience across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational management of a Single Family Housing portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of property professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and drive service excellence.
- Manage repairs, maintenance, and contractor performance.
- Support portfolio performance, occupancy, and resident retention initiatives.
- Review property inspections, compliance reporting, and operational processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth portfolio operations.
About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
- Experience managing residential property portfolios.
- Previous people management or team leadership experience.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to problem solving.
- Experience within Single Family Housing, Build-to-Rent, Block Management, or a similar residential environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
