We're looking for an ambitious and personable Leasing Manager to join a premium Build to Rent development, taking ownership of the leasing operation and playing a key role in driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, enjoys leading from the front and has the commercial mindset to maximise the performance of a residential development.
The Opportunity
You'll take responsibility for the end-to-end leasing operation, leading and developing a small team of Leasing Associates to achieve ambitious commercial and customer service objectives.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the leasing strategy, identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships within the local market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the full leasing journey, from initial enquiry and viewings through to negotiations, referencing, tenancy agreements and move-ins.
- Driving occupancy, revenue and leasing performance, consistently working towards and exceeding agreed targets.
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing leasing team, creating a positive and results-driven culture.
- Developing innovative marketing and leasing strategies to generate enquiries and maximise exposure.
- Keeping a close eye on local rental markets, competitor developments and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Managing renewals, rent negotiations and retention strategies to minimise void periods.
- Monitoring leasing performance, budgets and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from commercially minded leasing professionals who combine strong sales ability with genuine passion for customer service and team leadership.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience within residential lettings, Build to Rent, property management or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Previous experience leading, coaching or developing a team.
- A proven track record of achieving leasing, sales or occupancy targets.
- A good understanding of local rental markets, competitor activity and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to think commercially and take ownership.
