Resident Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team, creating personalised experiences to mirror our guests' onsite experience. Resident Hotels is a specialist Hotel Management platform that manages three hotel brands: The Resident, Sleeperz, and Cityroomz. We currently manage 10 hotels across the three brands.
The Role
As Brand Marketing Manager, you will be the guardian of the Resident Hotels brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and resonance across all touchpoints. You will drive brand awareness, strengthen our market positioning, and oversee marketing initiatives that inspire and engage our audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Resident Hotels' vision and values alongside all the brands.
- Oversee all brand communications, ensuring consistency across online and offline channels, both internally and externally.
- Manage the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and experiential initiatives.
- Lead the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all departments.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align brand messaging with digital marketing efforts.
- Work closely with property teams to bring local culture and uniqueness into the brand story.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
- Partner with PR agencies and other external partners to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using insights to optimise future initiatives.
- Champion the Resident Hotels brand internally and externally, fostering a strong brand culture within the organisation.
