As our next Night Reception Team Member, you will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey. You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction. You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies. You will be working on a 4 nights on - 4 nights off schedule.
