Resident Advisor is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own RA's B2C growth engine across web, mobile and app platforms. You will set the growth roadmap, lead an ongoing experimentation programme and build scalable systems that compound results.
Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will drive acquisition, activation, conversion and retention while leading the Marketing Executive. You will collaborate with Product, Design and Data to align growth with company priorities.
