Resident Advisor (RA) seeks a Chief Platform Officer to own the product across RA's platform, including the RA Guide apps, ra.co and promoter/venue tools. You will set priorities and align AI initiatives with product goals, collaborating closely with Engineering under the CTO.
This is a product-led role based in London, requiring three days per week in the office, and focused on building an AI-native operating model, supporting customers and promoters, and expanding self-service for promoters.
