The Role

We are seeking an experienced and values‑driven Registered Manager to establish and lead a high‑quality residential service supporting six adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. This is a senior leadership role with clear accountability, autonomy and organisational support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the registration of and opening Reside’s first residential service, development of which is scheduled to be completed over summer, embedding a strong, open, values‑led culture from the outset.
  • Transitioning an Individual and their support team into the new service.
  • Working with Recruitment, Training and Business Development to recruit and develop new high performing teams to meet the needs of Supported Individuals as they move in.
  • Contributing to the development and success of the senior operations team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Registered Manager (or ready to register) with a level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong CQC and safeguarding expertise, ideally with a track record of Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
  • Proven leadership of complex services and strong knowledge of autism and learning disabilities.
  • Experience working with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, with a commitment to PBS and least‑restrictive practice.
  • Confident, professional and compassionate with the desire and ability to work as part of a high performing team.
