We are looking to recruit Support Workers with to join our dedicated team in Chester, supporting an individual in their own home. A full driving licence is preferred. This role requires female staff only due to the personal care and support needs of the individual (in line with Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9).

Purpose of the Role
To provide high quality, person centred support that promotes independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing for adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs. The role ensures individuals receive consistent, compassionate support aligned with Reside Support’s values, regulatory standards, and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Care & Support
•Deliver person centred support tailored to individual needs and preferences
•Assist with daily living skills including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
•Support with personal care, medication, and mobility where required
•Promote independence, choice, and meaningful engagement
•Maintain a safe environment and follow all health & safety procedures
•Report safeguarding concerns immediately in line with policy
Community & Inclusion
•Support individuals to access community activities, education, and employment
•Encourage hobbies, friendships, and social connections
•Enable individuals to access services that enhance quality of life
Teamwork & Collaboration
•Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent support
•Follow support plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
•Maintain professional relationships with families, carers, and external professionals

Administration & Compliance
•Keep accurate daily records including care logs, medication charts, and incident reports
•Handle individuals’ finances responsibly and in line with policy

Qualifications & Experience
