Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and values‑driven Registered Manager to establish and lead two small high‑quality residential services supporting up to 5 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. In addition, this role provides oversight of a single occupancy supported living service due to its proximity to Chester and distance to our other services.
This is a senior leadership role with clear accountability, autonomy and organisational support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the registration of and opening Reside’s residential services in Chester, development of which is scheduled to be completed over autumn, embedding a strong, open, values-led culture from the outs
- Transitioning Supported Individuals into the new services, which are being built around the needs of the already identified Individuals
- Working with Recruitment, Training and Business Development to recruit and develop new high performing teams to meet the needs of Supported Individuals as they move in
- Contributing to the development and success of the senior operations team, in particular providing oversight of an already established supported living service
What You’ll Bring
- Registered Manager (or ready to register) with a level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Strong CQC and safeguarding expertise, ideally with a track record of Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Proven leadership of complex services and strong knowledge of autism and learning disabilities
- Experience working with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, with a commitment to PBS and least restrictive practice
- Confident, professional and compassionate
