Resicare Alliance is a growing care and education provider dedicated to supporting children and young people with complex needs. We specialise in creating nurturing, therapeutic environments where every young person has the opportunity to feel safe, valued, and supported. We are now looking for a committed and compassionate Special Needs Assistant to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality, person-centred care and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children and young people with special educational needs in both care and education settings
- Assist with learning activities, personal care, and daily routines
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and care staff to implement tailored support plans
- Encourage social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all young people

- Experience working with children or young people with SEN, autism, or behavioural needs
- A calm, caring, and patient approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check
