You will work with the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager, lead shifts, mentor Residential Support Workers and promote a safe, dignified care environment.
You will need a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, an Enhanced DBS and demonstrable experience in residential or supported living settings.
