As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team supporting individuals with a range of needs to maintain their independence, develop daily living skills, and live fulfilling lives. - Providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing

- Following care plans, risk assessments and support strategies consistently

- Working towards your Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (if not already achieved)

- Willingness to work towards the Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care within an agreed timeframe
- Enhanced DBS check suitable for working with vulnerable adults
- Genuine motivation to support adults and make a positive difference
- Ability to build appropriate relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work flexibly, including shifts, weekends and sleep-ins
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing
Desirable:
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a regulated care environment
- Understanding of safeguarding adults, the Mental Capacity Act, and DoLS
- Full UK driving licence
