As Head of Care, you will oversee care quality, compliance, staffing and performance across the site and guide it through registration, opening and early admissions.
You will line manage the management team, lead recruitment, embed Positive Behaviour Support, and ensure safeguarding and regulatory readiness for inspections and visits.
