What You’ll Be Doing For Us
- Working directly with homeowners to design thoughtful, planning‑ready and building regulations compliant schemes that accurately interpret their needs, motivations and budget.
- Overseeing projects as the Project Lead from concept to planning submission and then through building regulations, managing client expectations and key risks along the way, and attending site if required.
- Collaborating with Resi’s internal teams and external drafters to deliver high‑quality drawings and technical outputs.
- Providing expert guidance on planning legislation, building regulations, drainage, party wall matters and other technical aspects.

- The ability to work independently, managing your own time, deadlines and pipeline of projects.
- Proven ability to lead client design meetings and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent technical knowledge of planning, budgeting and UK building regulations, specifically within the Greater Manchester area.
- Revit proficiency (minimum one year on live projects).
- A proactive, client‑first mindset.
