About Resi: Resi is the UK’s number one home extension company, transforming how homeowners design, plan and build. With over 10,000 projects nationwide and a 95% planning approval rate, we make architecture accessible and transparent through a digital platform that brings design, planning and build support together.
The Role: We are looking for a Marketing Partnerships Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, to build and scale partnerships as a core marketing channel for Resi’s next phase of growth. This is not a traditional sales or BD role. This is a marketing-led role, focused on developing an ecosystem of partners that drive high-quality homeowner demand into the Resi funnel, from early inspiration through to project completion.
You will be responsible for identifying, activating and scaling partnerships that generate measurable traffic, engagement and revenue, while embedding partner presence across the full customer journey. This includes co-branded experiences, content, integrations and referral mechanisms that feel native and valuable to the end customer.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with product, growth and brand teams to turn partnerships into a scalable, repeatable acquisition channel.
Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy and Channel Building
- Define and build Resi’s partnerships ecosystem as a scalable acquisition channel
- Identify high-value partner verticals (estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers, publishers, platforms) and prioritise based on growth potential
- Develop partnership models that go beyond referrals, including co-marketing, embedded integrations and product placement across the journey
- Partner Acquisition and Activation
- Identify, approach and onboard strategic partners with clear propositions and mutual value
- Design and launch pilot partnerships with clear success metrics tied to traffic, conversion and revenue
- Build repeatable playbooks for scaling successful partnerships across regions, starting with London and Manchester
- Customer Journey and Integration
- Manage co-branded partner integrations across the full funnel, from top-of-funnel inspiration through to conversion and build
- Develop product placement strategies that integrate partners naturally into the Resi experience (site, emails, dashboard, calls, content)
- Work with product and engineering teams to support integrations such as APIs, widgets and tracking infrastructure
- Performance and Optimisation
- Own KPIs including referral traffic, conversion rates, lead quality and New Paying Users (NPU)
- Analyse partner performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and scalability
- Work with marketing and finance to model partner contribution, incentives and long-term value
About You:
- A marketing-led partnerships profile, with previous experience in partnerships, growth marketing, or commercial roles with a strong marketing lens
- A strategic thinker who can build and scale acquisition channels, not just close deals
- Strong understanding of how partnerships drive awareness, traffic and conversion across a funnel
- Comfortable working across brand, product and performance marketing environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence pitching and negotiating
- Data-driven, with the ability to evaluate performance and optimise for ROI
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Nice to haves:
- Experience in PropTech, home improvement or marketplace businesses
- Experience with ecosystem or platform partnerships
- Familiarity with partnership models such as CPL, CPA and revenue share
- Experience working with CRM and analytics tools such as HubSpot
