We are Resi, the UK’s number one home extension company, and we are looking for an ambitious, helpful and confident entry‑level salesperson to join our business development team on a full‑time permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be helping homeowners to take the very first step in their renovation journey, while kick‑starting your own career in sales with the coaching and support that you need to succeed.

From day one, you’ll be immersed in a fast‑paced and welcoming environment, learning from the best in the business. Working alongside our talented team of Business Development Representatives, you’ll gain the skills that will set you up for high performance, while speaking to hundreds of homeowners about their project ideas. This means you will be responsible for understanding their brief, fuelling their excitement and helping them to take their first step towards turning their dream project into a reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first friendly voice our new potential customers hear, through making outbound calls to our warm leads that have been generated by our various marketing channels.
  • Qualify the leads to ensure they are the right fit for Resi.
  • Turn their curiosity into conversations by selling the value of an advice call with our Business Development team, and subsequently booking them with an available team member.
  • Accurately capture the details of their project to ensure both our BDRs and the customer are set up for success.
  • Learn on the job through getting stuck in, and gaining industry knowledge and sales coaching from our talented and experienced Sales team.
  • Keep on top of administrative tasks, such as managing the team inbox to make sure nothing gets missed.
  • Jump in to support other team members when needed, as we’re all about collaboration.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with homeowners, representing the Resi brand and values and actively showing people why we are the UK’s go‑to for home improvement.
