At Resi, we help everyday homeowners design, finance and build their dream homes without the stress and, most importantly, without breaking the bank. The innovations that we are bringing to market have genuinely never been seen in this industry before - we are at the forefront of changing a highly inefficient, costly, and frustrating customer experience by delivering high-quality projects quickly, affordably, and in a climate-considerate way.

- Working directly with homeowners to design thoughtful, planning-ready schemes that accurately interpret their needs, motivations and budget.
- Overseeing projects as the Project Lead from concept to planning submission, managing client expectations and key risks along the way.
- Collaborating with Resi’s internal teams and external drafters to deliver high-quality drawings and technical outputs.
- Provide expert guidance on planning legislation, building regulations, drainage, party wall matters and other technical aspects.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong UK private residential project experience (extensions, renovations, one-off homes).
- Confident designing aligned with accurate construction guidance, relevant council guidelines and reflective of the homeowner’s budget restrictions.
- The ability to work independently, managing your own time, deadlines and pipeline of projects.
- Proven ability to lead client design meetings and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent technical knowledge of planning, budgeting and UK building regulations.
- Revit proficiency (minimum one year on live projects).
- A proactive, client-first mindset and the capacity to take on new projects at pace.
What You’ll Get From Us
- True flexibility to choose the hours and days that suit you.
- A consistently guaranteed minimum number of projects each month, and a steady pipeline of clients nationwide.
- A structured onboarding including full training in Resi systems, templates and ways of working, paid at a full-time equivalent rate.
