We also provide 1-1 supervision for industry professionals and supervision training. Our residential homes offer crucial support to young people during critical times in their lives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Wolverhampton for a Children\’s Residential Care Worker. The role involves providing direct care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. Daily tasks include developing and implementing care plans, offering emotional and practical support, maintaining records, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. The care worker will collaborate with other professionals and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
