Senior Sales Negotiator

Salary: £26k – £30k DOE + uncapped OTE and company benefits.

Location: Burgess Hill

Hours: Mon-Thu 8.45am – 6pm, Fri 8.45am – 5.30pm, Sat 9am – 5pm (1 in 3 Saturdays and a day off in lieu)

You will already have a proven background within estate agency and ideally have a proven background within valuing and generating new instructions.

If you are a sales negotiator without valuing experience my client has the training in place to ensure that you become proficient in that area.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for clients interested in buying properties.
• Generate valuations and take on new instructions.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Prepare and present property listings to clients.
• Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Liaising with vendors and building strong business relationships.
• Working to team and individual sales targets.
• Ensuring clients receive great customer service

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

• Proven background within estate agency.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
• Ideally a proven background in generating new instructions and conducting successful valuations.
• Self-motivated, driven with great communication skills.
• Good IT skills, knowledge of Reapit is an advantage.
• Sales focused and enjoyed working to targets.
