Working primarily from the Brighton office, you will manage a large and diverse residential portfolio, including a small number of block-managed properties, whilst enjoying the autonomy to make decisions and manage your workload independently. This role would suit a proactive, highly organised and experienced Property Manager who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a large and varied portfolio of residential properties, including a small number of block-managed properties.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving property-related queries and issues efficiently.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular updates.
