Location: Horsham

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (office based)

Are you an organised and proactive Property Administrator looking to join a professional and supportive property company within a varied Block and Commercial property environment? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and highly organised individual to support a busy property management team based in Horsham. This role would suit someone with previous property administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing a high level of customer service to clients, leaseholders and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and processing LPE1 packs and associated documentation
  • Assisting with the administration of Section 20 major works consultations
  • Dealing with incoming telephone and email enquiries from leaseholders, tenants, contractors and clients
  • Raising invoices and processing contractor invoices
  • Updating and maintaining property management records and databases
  • Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day administration duties
