Are you an experienced Block Manager with a few years’ experience looking to join a well-established, professional and supportive property organisation based in Hove? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Block Manager to join a close-knit and experienced team overseeing a large residential portfolio of approximately 1,000 units across the Brighton & Hove area. You will be joining a mature, supportive and collaborative team of 8 who work closely together to deliver a high standard of service to leaseholders and clients. This role would suit someone who already has solid block management experience and enjoys working within a professional yet friendly environment, where teamwork, communication and delivering excellent customer service are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of a large residential block portfolio alongside the wider team.
- Attending and supporting AGM meetings, including preparing documentation and taking minutes where required.
- Carrying out regular site visits and inspections.
