Are you a fully CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser, ideally with CAS status, looking for a position where the leads, administration support and infrastructure are already in place for you to concentrate on advising clients and writing business? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established, successful and growing mortgage brokerage in Crawley.
Due to a recent change within the team, the business already has an established structure and strong supply of leads ready for the successful Adviser to take over, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to hit the ground running. Leads are generated through a combination of professional introducers, the company website, social media, an extensive existing client bank, recommendations and repeat business, so you won't be expected to build a client base entirely from scratch.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will provide professional mortgage advice to new and existing clients, building strong relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the mortgage process. A significant proportion of client appointments are still conducted face-to-face, so you will need to be comfortable meeting clients within the Crawley office as well as conducting telephone/remote appointments.
You will benefit from:
- A strong and established supply of qualified leads
- £27,000 – £32,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- Uncapped monthly commission
- Quarterly bonus structure
- Realistic OTE of £55,000 – £60,000+
- Full administration support, allowing you to concentrate on advising and generating business
- Training and support to maintain your CPD requirements
- Regular one-to-one and team sales meetings
- Annual company conference with travel and accommodation provided
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Paid Calm App subscription
- 22 days' holiday, rising to 25 days after five years' service, plus bank holidays
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be:
- Fully CeMAP qualified – essential
- CAS status is highly desirable
- An experienced Mortgage Adviser/Broker with a proven track record within mortgage sales
- Experienced in providing mortgage advice within a regulated environment
- Confident managing clients from initial enquiry through to completion
- Comfortable conducting both face-to-face and remote client appointments
- Commercially driven and motivated by achieving strong results
- An excellent relationship builder with a genuine commitment to customer service
- Organised and confident managing a busy pipeline
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team
This is a particularly attractive opportunity for an experienced Adviser who wants to join a business where the leads and support are already there. Rather than spending your time trying to generate every opportunity yourself, you'll join an established brokerage with an existing client bank, introducer relationships, repeat business and a strong flow of enquiries. If you're an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent earning potential, strong lead generation, full administrative support and the option of hybrid working, I would be very interested in speaking with you. Apply today for a confidential discussion and further information.
