Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords.
- Booking and carrying out mid-term property inspections.
- Conducting property check-outs and preparing detailed reports.
- Managing day-to-day maintenance issues from instruction through to completion.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors via telephone and email.
- Chasing outstanding rent arrears and maintaining accurate records.
- Responding promptly to property management queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants through excellent customer service.
- Updating property records and managing workloads using
Expert Agent CRM .
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the property management department.
Please note: A dedicated compliance team manages Gas Safety Certificates and other statutory compliance documentation, allowing you to focus on delivering an outstanding property management service.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within residential Property Management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident handling maintenance issues and resolving customer queries.
- Experience carrying out property inspections and check-outs.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
