Property Manager
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 DOE + Bonus
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:30 PM & Saturdays: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (1 in 3, with a day off in lieu during the week)
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential – trader’s permit provided

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising landlords and tenants on the lettings process.
- Arranging and conducting viewings with prospective tenants.
- Selecting reliable and responsible tenants.
- Preparing tenancy agreements and coordinating inventories/check-outs.
- Overseeing referencing and compliance procedures.
- Marketing rental properties and ensuring legal requirements are met.
- Conducting mid-term property inspections.
- Managing deposit return processes and liaising with all parties at tenancy end.
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords.
- Advising on current market rental values.
- Coordinating property maintenance and contractor schedules.
- Working collaboratively with contractors, cleaners, inventory clerks, and suppliers.
- Staying up to date with changes in lettings legislation.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in property management or lettings administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using CRM systems and general IT platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport.
