As a Data Analyst at Reset Health, you will play a key role in supporting our goal to be a data-driven organisation. Working closely with our data engineers and stakeholders across the business, you will ensure high-quality, reliable, and well-structured data is available across the business. You will focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, transforming and modelling data, creating dashboards and generating insights that drive data-informed decision-making at front-line as well as Senior Leadership Team levels. This role suits someone who enjoys interrogating data to solve operational and strategic problems. It offers hand‑on experience in a clinically‑led and fast‑paced digital health environment, where you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to establishing our analytics function as well as our academic publications work.
Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and reporting (SQL, Python, and R skills desired)
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using BI tools
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure data is correctly captured and structured
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical outputs
- Review existing pipelines, DBT models, and databases to identify and resolve critical data issues
- Create comprehensive documentation for pipelines, models, and dashboards to support internal knowledge sharing
- Promote best practices in data quality, governance, and accessibility
- Provide statistical analysis to support academic publications
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in a data analyst or data engineering role
- Track record of building and maintaining data pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to deliver insightful dashboards and analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, cleaning, and transforming data
- Skilled in BI and visualisation tools with an eye for design and accessibility
- Able to set up data tests and monitoring for data pipeline reliability
- Ability to translate data findings into meaningful recommendations
- Experience in R for in-depth statistical analysis
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
Desirable
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience leading BI tool migration or implementation projects
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and code comprehension
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS) and data storage solutions (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools and cloud‑based architectures
