Here at LPP Reserved UK, our Visual Merchandisers play an important role in bringing our collections to life and creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a creative, fashion-conscious and self-motivated individual with a strong eye for detail and a commercial mindset to join our fast-growing team!
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To drive store sales and KPIs by:
- Contributing to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets
- Ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of the global visual merchandising direction in assigned store
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and campaigns in line with Head Office direction
- Maintain high visual standards across the shop floor, windows and mannequin displays
- Create commercially strong displays that showcase our collections and support store sales performance
- Ensure visual tools, fixtures and props are used effectively and maintained to a high standard
- Work closely with the Lead VM and Store Management team, providing feedback on store performance, visual opportunities and competitor activity
- Support and train the store team on new collections, product stories and visual merchandising standards
- Use commercial awareness and store performance to identify opportunities to improve product presentation and the customer journey
- Maintain excellent shop floor standards while supporting product loss prevention and Health & Safety requirements
- Carry out key holder responsibilities in line with company procedures
- Be flexible to support new launches and sale changes, including bank holidays and occasional night shifts
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- A passion for fashion and visual merchandising
- Previous visual merchandising experience is preferred
- A creative eye with excellent attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how visual merchandising can support sales. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confident working independently and using your own initiative
- A strong team player who can follow direction, take feedback and communicate effectively
- Good written and verbal English skills
