PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • To drive the store to achieve sales and hit KPI targets
  • Confidently sell the brand and products to customers, building brand loyalty
  • Follows and actions store tasks accurately

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Must be aware of all store targets and KPI's
  • Uses brand product knowledge to inform both fellow team members and customers about products
  • Always highlights the features and benefits of products to customers whilst shopping
  • Builds rapport with customers who enter the store to encourage return custom
  • Follows all store policies and procedures confidently, highlighting any issues or concerns to their line manager
  • Follows all loss prevention procedures and highlights any risk of loss to the business to their line manager
  • Maintains visual standards in the store as shown by the visual merchandising team
  • Always follows all health and safety rules to enable a healthy and safe working environment
  • Works as part of a team as well as independently in order to improve personal development

CRITICAL SKILLS

  • Preferably 3-6 months of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic numeracy and English literacy skills
