About this role … An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Reservations Team as a Reservationist. You’ll be working closely with the team to oversee and be responsible for the smooth running of the reservations and booking process. Key focus will be on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience during the booking process.

  • The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
  • Excellent communication to all customers, including team members
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis across five days a week
  • The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
  • Have the confidence in thinking of cost effective new ideas by networking
  • The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in timely manner
