The Role
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Reservationist to support our reservations operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences from the first point of contact.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle all individual and group reservations enquiries, confirmations, and amendments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Deliver exceptional guest service via phone, email, and in person, ensuring all interactions are warm, efficient, and aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the Meetings & Events and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Input and manage bookings within the property management system, ensuring accurate records and billing.
- Support the Reservations & Events Manager in driving occupancy and revenue through upselling opportunities and yield management.
- Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to help improve booking trends and guest satisfaction.
