Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30

We are seeking an organised and proactive Conference Administrator to join our busy office-based team in Hampton. This is an administrative-focused role supporting the coordination of conference and event bookings from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing conference and event enquiries accurately
  • Updating CRM and internal booking systems
  • Preparing proposals, confirmations and client correspondence
  • Liaising with venues, suppliers and clients via phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive, professional and team-oriented attitude
  • No previous conference experience required as full training will be provided.
