What we need

  • Ability to handle high frequency, low value and low severity claims across a variety of lines, particularly property and liability from ‘cradle to grave’.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers to the high standards required by our business.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
  • Ability to work to system driven SLAs and workflows.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral.
  • Comfortable working in a fluid role in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in UK claims in any of the following: Commercial Property, Personal Property, Low Value Public or Products Liability. Personal accident claims would be advantageous.
  • Claims authority of £5000 or more in current role.
  • Awareness of current UK trends associated with Insurance and the wider market impacts.
  • Curious and motivated by problem solving and questioning the status quo.
  • Desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development.
