We’re looking for a QA Advisor to join our growing QA team. What you’ll be doing
- Conducting study, process and facility audits in line with GLP and GCP requirements
- Supporting the continual improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Working closely with operational teams to promote quality and compliance across the business
- Assisting with investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls
- Supporting customer audits, regulatory inspections and sponsor visits
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, customers and external partners
- Keeping up to date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practice
As your experience grows, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, with opportunities to lead audits, mentor colleagues and become a subject matter expert.
Who we’re looking for
We’re open to applicants at various stages of their QA career. You might already be an experienced auditor, or you may be looking to move into Quality Assurance with some existing GLP/GCP experience.

Requirements
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience working within a GLP and/or GCP regulated environment
- An understanding of quality systems, including deviations, CAPA and change control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- The confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience conducting internal or external audits
- Experience within pharmaceuticals, CROs or bioanalytical laboratories
- Auditor qualification (or a willingness to work towards one)
- A scientific degree or equivalent industry experience
