You will translate complex defense software and hardware capabilities into compelling 2D/3D animations and cinematic product demos that resonate with customers and stakeholders alike. You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, moving seamlessly from high-level storyboarding to technical 3D rendering and final post-production.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Translate complexity and collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex defense concepts into digestible, high-impact explainers and software demos.
  • Execute video projects in a dynamic environment and manage all aspects of the production process: help develop video concepts, create storyboards, mockups, and execute final production and animation, incorporating voiceover, music, and accessibility requirements (captions).
  • Create software product demos/explainers to market company capabilities to prospective customers and others across various platforms like customer briefings, social media, websites, and internal communications.
  • Produce and edit content, building a library of amazing product and services videos.
  • Brand stewardship: collaborate with CRIIeative Team to develop materials that are consistent within established brand guidelines; request design assets as needed and collaborate with designers.
  • Own the end-to-end process for developing and delivering video and photography content for all marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Proactively research and integrate emerging AI-driven tools and generative technologies into the production process to automate routine tasks, optimize rendering times, and accelerate delivery of high-stakes projects.

Manage and Oversee Technical Aspects

  • Independently create and execute video work without supervision.
  • Pre- and post-production quality checks for video deliverables.
  • Oversee Video Vendor and Asset Management: Manage relationships with production houses, software & equipment vendors, stock assets and library, and distribution & delivery systems.

Implement Formatting and Style Templates

  • Implement and standardize video templates, including branded elements, formatting, and styles to establish consistency across video assets.

Generate Fresh Concepts

  • Ideation and help the CRIIeative Team generate unique, engaging materials.

Photography & Cinematography

  • Capture professional photography in categories such as portraiture, product hardware, events, and exercises as needed.
  • Film B-roll and live-action footage of hardware or software users as needed.

Other Responsibilities
