Research Garage Group are looking to recruit a New and Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join the team at our Nuneaton Fiat/Abarth site.
The role:
- Achieve personal and team sales targets
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport and understanding their needs
- Provide detailed information about available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations
- Assist customers with trade-in valuations and negotiate pricing options to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
- Collaborate with our financial partners to arrange financing and complete necessary paperwork
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer customer inquiries
- Follow up with prospective customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Take part in video work and digital media to promote our vehicles
- Contribute to social media and occasionally attend motor shows and product placements
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a franchised dealer (essential)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (essential)
- Familiarity with automotive financing and leasing options (desirable)
- Experience of DMS and CRM platforms (desirable)

Hours of work/holiday:
- Mon-Fri 08:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break
- Saturday working plus fortnightly day off in week per agreed rota
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

- Basic salary + uncapped commission, with realistic OTE £45k+

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a premier local company with a proud 50 year heritage retailing 5 brands (Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Peugeot) across 3 locations in Nuneaton and Hinckley. We are consistently among the highest-performing dealers in the Stellantis network. We also sell a variety of quality used cars and carry extensive stocks across all sites.
